Made a mistake with your Shipping Address? Email us at support@JerseyChamps.com within 24 hours of ordering. If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, chances are that your order has already been processed, packed and shipped. In that case, we won't be able to make any more changes.
Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will fix it for you as long as the jersey is unaltered.
Products that are preorders will have it stated in the product description. These orders will take longer to ship than regular orders. All other jerseys that are in stock are usually delivered within one week.
Jersey Champs ships directly from our International Warehouses across the globe. When you click on "Shipping Methods" in the checkout process, you'll get real-time shipping quotes for Standard and Express.
At times, the courier takes time to update their Shipping Portal but rest assured that if you have received a tracking #, the item has shipped out. Normally, courier will update the shipping portal at that time it arrives to its next destination.
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. However, sometimes backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. Preorders take longer to ship as these have to be shipped from our offshore factory to our distribution center first.
If the wrong size is received, we will cover the shipping costs for a product exchange. If the purchaser received the correct size and would like do a jersey exchange, the purchaser will have to ship at their own expense.
